The Filteroo® MAX fluoride reduction cartridges are a fantastic way to remove unwanted fluoride from your drinking water. As the water in gravity water filters flows very slowly through the cartridge, the water has sufficient contact time with the media inside the cartridge, which is how to remove the maximum amount of fluoride from water.

What is the Filteroo® MAX Fluoride Reduction Cartridge Twin Pack?

The Filteroo® MAX Fluoride Reduction Cartridge offers an effective solution for removing fluoride from your drinking water using a gravity water filter. This cartridge, made from durable 304-grade stainless steel, houses fluoride reduction media and is designed to be refillable, eliminating the need for disposable plastic cartridges. No more plastic hanging into your drinking water or contributing to plastic waste with each cartridge replacement.

When the media inside the cartridge needs replacing, simply purchase a refill pack and change the satchel inside the holder. This not only reduces waste but also offers a more cost-effective alternative to buying entirely new plastic cartridges. Enjoy cleaner, tastier water without the environmental impact of plastic waste.

To use, flush the cartridge following the provided instructions and screw it onto the threads of the Black Carbon Block cartridges, allowing the MAX fluoride cartridge to hang into the bottom water storage tank. As water passes through the carbon block cartridges in the upper tank, it then flows through the MAX fluoride cartridge, effectively removing fluoride. This slow filtration process ensures that the water spends enough time in contact with the cartridge media to thoroughly reduce fluoride levels.

They are suitable to use with any gravity water filtration cartridge with a 12.5mm thread including Filteroo, Phoenix, Rama and Doulton.  Filteroo® Max Fluoride Reduction Cartridges should only be paired with the Filteroo 8″ Rain & City Water Carbon Block Gravity Water Filter Cartridge. For Fluoride removal for the Black Berkey cartridges please use the Berkey PF-2 Filter Element.

4. Complete the setup by seamlessly installing the second cartridge.
5. Securely place the fitted water filter.
