Food arrived quickly, opened bucket and 2 packages had burst open. Contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately for no charge (they actually over reimbursed us) Very very impressed with the product and the service we received from Emergency Foods. We have tried the Cheesy Macaroni packet, the servings are generous sizes for an emergency situation, flavour is fine too. Would definitely recommend using this company.

"Purchased the 84 serve GF survival package (plus a few more items) for an Emergency Response. This will be super helpful should there be people on a GF diet during an emergency situation. Should the community become isolated due to an Emergency/disaster event the community will be a little bit more prepared. Being that this order was a little different to other orders, the crew at Emergency Food NZ were very helpful and communicative. Shipping was immediate upon payment. Highly Recommend.

I am on reticulated chlorinated supply and I wanted a filter to remove the chlorine. The water tastes so much better through this filter than through the tap. This is the 2nd Berkey I have purchased because I didn’t get one large enough the first time. The smaller one I have now given to my sister’s family who also rave about the water. Best purchase I have made this year. I purchased this as my mother has one and loved the taste of her water and no more chlorine smells. We use it so much that in hindsight, I should have gone bigger. We are a 5 person house with animals (who drink Berkey water also), I fill the boiling jug with the water and we drink alot of water so the Big Berkey is used heavily. May upgrade to the next size in the future and I will NEVER drink tap water again! Also this company ships very fast and were really helpful. Will use Emergency Food NZ for other items that I need.

Absolutely loving my Big Berkey. We were buying up to 4 x 15 Lt bottles of water a week ($44), so the Berkey will soon pay for itself as I’m now refilling those empty bottles with water filtered through the Berkey. It looks great in my kitchen and I just love how it is also portable to take with us in an emergency. The purchase of a Berkey may seem like a lot of money, but it soon pays for itself, and it gives me assurance that we can have clean water even from a stream in an emergency.

Hi can’t rate the taste as a long shelf life wanted for emergency storing.
Looks delicious but I would not have ordered if I’d known there were sulphites
added. Previous carton order I had chosen 7 lamb and veges with mash which has sulphites in. So I won’t be eating those 7 sachets which are enough fr two when reconstituted….
